We take the protection of your data very seriously, use a range of mechanisms, and unless necessary, we do not link technical data to specific individuals. We keep all data we obtain for a period of 3 years, unless otherwise stated for individual items. The methods of data processing can be found below.

When visiting the websites of the Imeow group according to the actions

Visit website www.imeow.cz

1. When you visit our website, our servers typically store basic technical data about your device, such as your IP address, operating system, device type, the page from which you arrived at our website, the date, and the list of pages you visit on our website. This data is of a technical nature only and helps us improve our website. This data is never linked to a specific individual.
2. We use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google Inc., to analyze website traffic. Google Analytics uses cookies* to analyze your use of our website, and the resulting cookie files are typically transmitted to and stored on servers operated by Google Inc. in the United States. Google Inc. will use this information on our behalf to evaluate your use of our website, create reports about website activity, and provide other services related to website and internet usage. Your data will not be linked to any other data held by Google Inc. or disclosed to third parties.
3. We use cookies* to track your preferences when visiting the Imeow group.
4. We use the Pixel service, provided by Facebook Inc., to provide advertising. The Pixel service uses cookies* to identify your device and, in some cases, display advertisements for our services. The resulting cookie file does not contain your personal data, and we do not have the ability to link it to your specific identity.

Orders and file download on www.imeow.cz

1. Data collected during the ordering process of our services, typically including your name, surname, billing and shipping information, are stored and processed solely for the proper fulfillment of our obligations to you as the buyer and for compliance with legally imposed obligations.
2. We commit to deleting your personal data after receiving a request to do so via email to info@imeow.cz, unless otherwise required by law.
3. To facilitate convenient shopping on our e-shop, we use cookies* for customer identification, shopping cart management, and checkout process.

For Imeow clients by data type

Personal and contact information

1. We store all contact information on two servers:
   1. The Imeow internal system on our servers operated by Wedos a.s., where only the data necessary to process your orders are stored. These are mainly: first name, last name, company name, ID number, telephone number, email, billing and delivery address. The data is stored on the servers in readable form.
   2. We have secure servers provided by Apple Inc. where we store these personal data. The data is stored in encrypted form.
2. We also provide the delivery address, along with the name, telephone number, and email address to our contracted carrier, Zasilkovna s.r.o.
3. If you choose to pay by card online, you will be redirected to a payment portal operated by ComGate Payments, a.s., which provides us with information about the transaction result and payment identification data. We do not have access to any further data, as they are stored by the payment gateway operator to comply with applicable legislation.
4. The data is never disclosed to any other entities by either us or our partners, except for the choice of delivery via carriers: Česká pošta, PPL, DPD, DHL, where this data is provided for the purpose of package delivery.
5. The data is transferred to end devices only in encrypted form, with a minimum of 128-bit encryption, and in most cases 256-bit encryption.

Passwords

1. All passwords are stored in encrypted form on servers of the Imeow group.
2. Forgotten password cannot be displayed or restored by any currently known method. In case of forgetting the password, complete change is necessary and technical intervention may be required.

Emails

1. Emails are stored on the servers of Seznam.cz a.s.
2. Emails, including their content and attachments, are machine-checked to detect unsolicited mail (spam filter) and potentially dangerous content (antivirus protection).
3. The data is not transferred to third parties and is stored only for the purpose of providing the service.

Websites

1. All website data, including the websites of the Imeow group, are stored on their own physical servers managed by Wedos a.s.
2. All data is automatically backed up to a separate backup server, with backups created every other day and retained for a maximum of one month.

Imeow office app

1. Data is stored in a readable format and transmitted securely using encrypted connections, ensuring that data is encrypted throughout the entire process from server to end device.
2. The Imeow internal databases are not accessible except from the Imeow group servers.
3. All transfers between our servers and end devices are encrypted in 256-bit encryption, and the identity of the device is remotely verified.
4. No data stored in the Imeow office application is used for marketing or any other purposes and is never shared with third parties. All user data is stored separately and cannot be accessed without the user’s password.

Other data

1. Basic information about completed orders is stored on servers operated by Apple Inc. and Microsoft s.r.o. The data is stored in encrypted form on the servers and is also transmitted in encrypted form to our end devices.
2. Previews and demo versions of products designed to fulfill orders are stored on servers owned by the Imeow group.
3. All communication between our devices and remote servers takes place via a secure connection provided by Cloudflare Inc.

* Cookies are short text files that a visited website sends to the browser. They allow the website to record information about your visit, such as preferred language and other settings.
